Troubleshoot camera and microphone
If your camera or microphone aren't working, here are the first three steps to try:
- Refresh the page: occasionally the site may get stuck due to a small glitch, which can be resolved by refreshing the page. You may need to do a "hard" refresh, and you can find instructions on how to do that here.
- Try a different browser, for example, if you are using Safari, try to use Chrome or vice versa.
- Make sure the site's camera and microphone permissions are up to date. You can read this article on camera and microphone permissions for more information.
