Am I eligible for a refund?

It's important to us that you feel satisfied with your Online Italian School membership. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee, so if you get started and find it's not for you, you can send an email to support@joyoflanguages.com within 30 days of joining to request a refund. As long as you've taken part in the activities, including the chatroom and weekly speaking club classes, we'll be happy to cancel your membership and refund your original payment. 

Once the 30-day money back guarantee period has passed, we are not normally able to offer refunds. If you find your circumstances change, you may be able to defer your course to a future term. You can find more information about this here: Can I pause my membership?
